Terms and conditions of the sale
Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.
* Only item price refund (excluding our delivery charge) will be given for any returns under Distance Selling Regulations. All above conditions also apply.
* In the event of a return due to customer's change of mind or their erroneous purchase we reserve the right to deduct our normal transport charges from the refund. This includes items with or without free postage.
* For all 'new' items purchased the customer must register the item with the manufacturer for warranty purposes.
* For all warranty claims the customer must contact the manufacturer with the registration details.
* We may request photographs before processing any damage claims.
* If for any reason an item is replaced or repaired during the 1 year warranty period the warranty on the new item will be calculated from the date of the original purchase.
* The item must be used in accordance with the instructions supplied.
* Warranty exclusions: The seller shall not be liable to replace or repair the item under the terms of the warranty where: 1) The fault has been caused or is attributable to accidental use, misuse, negligent use or used contrary to the manufacturer?s instructions. 2) Batteries and damage from leakage are not covered by the warranty.
* This warranty does not confer any rights to the customer other than those set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage.
* In the unlikely event of failure to resolve any dispute with the customer and such dispute is escalated to small claims count or higher authority then this will be subject to UK law and proceedings will take place within the jurisdiction of the West Midlands.

* There is a 24 hour dispatch time for orders. Delivery times are approximately 2-3 business days to UK mainland destinations for standard deliveries. Express delivery times are approximately 2 business days to UK mainland destinations.
* Our prices are for most UK mainland destinations.
* All offshore destinations ie Northern Ireland, Isle Of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands are subject to additional postage costs. Scottish Highlands include the following postcodes: All IV postcodes, AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30-41, PH49-50.
