The Item that I received was broken due to manufactures packing process or USPS miss handling to the seller. I notified the seller with picture of my broken purchase. The seller got a hold of the Manufacture whom was willing to take the Item back. I told the sender that I was in the midst of repairing it as a Modeler. And we settled with a partial refund which is fine with me. Communication was good.
