If you change your mind for any reason and you wish to return your purchase you must notify us within 30 days in writing by email.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resaleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 30 days of receipt. Items must not have been used or assembled in any way. BathShopOnline retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be resaleable. Returns cannot be accepted once the assembly process has begun.

You must include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process a refund without these. Once received the items will be checked and a refund issued. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition, including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well.

Good idea and design but fiddly to fit and impossible to get exactly right.
good looking neat shower storage basket/ shelf from a well known brand. comes with a selection of rubber spacer pads to wrap round the riser arm of the shower head to cater for different thickness of riser rails. Having selected the appropriate rubber spacer and bracket for my showr riser rail, despite several attempts following the seemingly straightforward instructions I have foud it impossible to keep the rubber spacer exactly in the right position when placing the bracket with basket at the required height with the result beng that the snap on top of the bracket will not fully snap on.
