I received your claim about refunding on 21'th of October. You wrote this feedback on 24'th of October. In 3 days you want everything to be solved but the system doesn't allow me to do so. I am still dealing with ebay and the delivery company to solve the problem but they didn't make any decission yet. Please be patient and wait till they solve. The problem was not because of me as you mentioned. It was broken in the delivery process and I didn't deliver it myself and wrote You about this.
