The first item didn't arrive. I contacted the seller and another one was dispatched. Delivery was slow but when the item arrived it was in just a jiffy bag and it's original box, which was very beaten up. However the controller did work ok. One button is a bit sticky but we will see how it goes.

The item sent was a much less tech an a lower quality and priced item and nothing like the item described in the description or photographs.
The seller did communicate well and we agreed on a partial refund, to close the case but not a buyer I would recommend or use knowingly again.

Great service from the seller but let down by Royal Mail, who took a week to deliver the item. When it arrived (not the seller’s fault) was in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. Very good value too. Would definitely use again.
