Very positive experience. Item exactly as described, very good quality print on high quality, heavyweight paper, with a matt (or maybe very slightly satin) finish. Exactly what I wanted. It came robustly packaged in a card tube, with friendly message on the delivery note. :) Arrived in perfect condition. It was bought as a gift and I know the person who will receive it will be thrilled. It's a wonderful image. Very happy, and would definitely order from this company again.
