1st time I've experienced a problem with this seller as the shoes I ordered were apparently out of stock. Which begs the question why they were on the website? I also had to enquire as to where my item was as I wasn't contacted apart from the initial acknowledgement of my purchase with a delivery date & feedback hoping I enjoy my purchase! Well I might have, if I'd actually received it!! A very disappointed customer in this instance:-(
