Chimney arrived promptly but the box was damaged and polystyrene inside broken - hood also damaged - having bought from eBay I didn’t know how to return so left negative feedback - to be fair the company have been very good communicators with regular messaging - when I explained problem they suggested I use a hammer to knock out the dent and offered £6 for the inconvenience- after much back and forth I settled for £45 - however chimney is very bad quality do not buy - I am going to replace it
