We will gladly refund the full payment amount (excluding carriage charges) if you are at all dissatisfied with an item or find it is not suitable for the purpose you bought it for as long as the item is returned in its original condition and unused within 30 days of receipt. Arrived as stated on time . But I can not open this to put the filter in it looks to me that it’s over tighten or cross thread. The instructions and screws are in container which I’m unable to open . Sent msg no reply so rung to be told to spray with WD 40 . And how there check ctv to see if it’s been over tighten . I asked about return but did not get much joy . As I said to the lady on phone I purchased something I can’t use . Got told to put it on wall and try again.
