I would normally give a top rating, but it was listed for $19, I messaged her with a question about the color before adding it to my cart at 19 and she got back to me right away with an answer. Then when I went back to my cart to order, I found she had raised the price to $24. I messaged back about my frustration, and her response was to counter at 21, which I paid because I was out of time. Felt really wrong.
