Initially sent wrong colour boots. Then the communication was appalling. Seems they only check in box once a day at about 4am! So also certainly not a UK seller. Eventually they sent correct colour boots FOC and I kept the wrong colour one's...so they sorted it out eventually. Lead time on deliveries is forever! Not a good customer experience but free boots was a bonus!
