In many ways excellent headphones - when first used had a 'hiss' which was annoying but with the app and experimentation was able to get sound quality that makes me happy - real advance on my old headphones. Item arrived just in time as travelling next week so they will be very useful. Genuine bargain, great price. Friendly, helpful seller. All good!

So, firstly it was very late being dispatched, secondly the picture shows a USB wireless mouse when it is actually Bluetooth, and thirdly it was listed as new but the mouse I recieved was not sealed in packaging clearly had signs of having been used already.
