I’ve given positive 5 stars to this seller as it was as described and very quickly sent, however when I got the package from the delivery driver, the package was damaged and belt strap was scuffed, i thought he may have tried to put it through the letter box before knocking on the door, so i don’t really know when this actually happened on it’s journey to me, i contacted the seller who promptly issued a refund (excellent service) looks a great quality strap through the rip in packaging too

After the initial setback regarding these boots being the wrong size, the seller has Emailed me and said that some boots were indeed the wrong size. Boxes and tongue stickers stated a different size to the actual boot itself. Full postage has been refunded. Must say, many sellers would have ignored the fact. The boots themselves were really lovely. These things happen, all has been resolved. Thank you!
