This buyer bought a Roku Ultra 4800X and is claiming that he received a different model, which is not possible since I only had 2 Roku Ultra 4800X's for sale. I referred him to the Roku website for how to confirm his model type and provided a walkthrough on how do this from the Roku menu. This buyer was immediately hostile and appears to be running some sort of scam.
