I rated positive because the item is great quality and the seller had great communication. Otherwise I would have rated negative because I had a surprise €5.49 customs charge waiting for me at the post office. The seller marked the value low so its not the sellers fault. Customs also slowed down when I received the item. This puts me off buying anything from the UK unfortunately.
