We have one aim - to offer you the goods, prices and service you want. We are a small enough company to be able to monitor every order from the moment we receive it to the moment it reaches you, but we have the backing of multiple distributors with whom we are able to negotiate the best prices around and pass them onto our customers.

All our prices include VAT and since we ship from the UK Mainland we are able to provide a full VAT invoice for those companies who are able to claim the VAT back.
 
Shipping and Handling
 
Unless otherwise specified by the customer, the majority of items will be sent by Second Class Royal Mail postage. (Royal Mail 48)
 
Royal Mail currently aims to deliver 92% of items posted via this service within two working days; however we do require 14 working days to have passed before making a claim from Royal Mail and sending out a replacement.
 
There is an exception to this rule for particularly expensive or heavy items (1.25kg+) which will usually sent by next day courier.
 
We do endeavour to get all orders placed before 5:00pm sent out on a same day basis and there are few exceptions however if delivery is particularly urgent please contact us before ordering as this delivery schedule is not guaranteed.
 
Cancelling an order
 
Under UK law, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.
 
To cancel a contract, write "Cancel Contract" on the back of the invoice. Package the items securely, open a returns request through 'my ebay' and follow the return instructions they give you.
 
Note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error.
 
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing) When we receive the goods with the notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

If you wish to return a product, please e-mail us to let us know the item is coming back to us or open a return via the ebay managed return process which we fully support.     Super-effective, super-easy to set up and great value for money

    Brilliant - I had hardly any signal in my shed/garden office before, and now I have virtually full signal, which I need for my job. It was also super easy to set up - I was worried it would be complicated but it was pretty much just plug in, push a button and go. Instructions are easy to follow. Very good value for money, I would recommend for anyone setting up a garden office or with low signal in parts of the house.

    Fairly simple to set up and use, doesn’t support 5Ghz signals. Pass-through feature is a great way of not losing use of the mains socket! 😃

    I was able to clone my WiFi network fairly easily by following the instructions, and by placing the booster/range extender on the other floor of my house within range of the main router, I was able to successfully extend the range of the WiFi signal. Be aware that this device only supports the 2.4Ghz range. Therefore, you either need an older router which only broadcasts a 2.4Ghz signal, or a newer router which broadcasts both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz signals simultaneously. If your router only transmits a 5Ghz signal, this device will not be compatible. There is an optional app you can download for your mobile phone to check the configuration of the booster/range extender once it has been set up. It allows you to relocate the device to the edge of minimum required signal from your existing ...

    Works well and is easy to set-up

    I previously bought a Pix-Link and it was a faff to setup and didn't work the way advertised. I have used a lot of TP-Link equipment before so I assumed it would work well. I was right, it is easy to setup and has worked flawlessly ever since. Although I bought the open-box version from this company it was 100% complete and perfect in every way.

    2 minute set up!

    It literally took two minutes to open up the product and set it up. Just two buttons to press and it’s all done. My wifi barely reached my kitchen and now I’m sat at the end of my garden and I’m still connected! Very happy with the product and delivery was insanely fast too.

    Great product for extending Wi Fi

    Does what it says on the box and takes a minute to set up by pushing the WPS button on the extender and on the router. If you're speeds are slow in an area of your home this does work. Simple.
