Well I doubt if the returns policy would apply to these shoes as they fit the description in the advert however they are made of such poor quality materials and put together so poorly as I have to term them as total rubbish even the insoles just fall out this is very very disappointing as in general ebay traders dont sell rubbish so perhaps I have been lucky up until now and maybe there are more rubbish sellers around than I realised.

The shop acted promptly, I've no issues whatsoever, in fact, I'd be happy to do business again with them. The article is another matter: it reminded me why things from Ebay are and should be significantly cheaper because you can't see them except in a picture, which all too often is just no good enough: if I could see these sandals on my hands I would have never bought them, not even for half the price.
