These looker very small but stretched easily to fit my foot, I am size 7 and bought the small size. Too early to say exactly how effective they are but looks promising and are very comfortable. The heel does tend to slip off when you wear them with outdoor shoes and walk a bit. They are also too slippery to wear in bed - the heel just slips off. I mainly just wear them around the house which is more or less what I wanted, except had hoped to wear them at night too.
