The seller is acting fraudulently: first, they mark an item as dispatched, yet the item was shipped a week later without ANY packaging, risking damage—packed in a plain envelope. Seller is acting fraudulently: first they flag an item as despatched, but don't despatch until two days later. Then the item that they advertised as "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable)" arrives with the retail box wrapped in brown parcel tape (see photo) and the item rattling around inside. This item is clearly not brand new. They have also refused to let me return item for a refund. Avoid.
