Beautiful item. I was worried when it arrived as I thought it might be a bit flimsy. However, it is very sturdy once assembled. Purchased as I had seen pictures on an Instagram home account and was not disappointed. Item was dispatched quickly but unfortunately the courier is letting the seller down. Item did not arrive in the 2 day lead time and It sat at the delivery depot for 4 days. The parcel was also just left outside my front door. Seller advised they are looking to change their courier.

This item arrived damaged (most likely in transit). I telephoned the company to report the damage and request a refund. The lady I dealt with was very pleasant and arranged for the item to be picked up a few days later. Within an hour e-bay had informed me that a refund was on it's way. The product was of very high quality and it was such a pity that it had been damaged. The delivery was quick and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate in using this company again at a later date.
