Dear Seller,
Unfortunately, despite being asked, you failed to disclose the hidden flaw that the boots are really small and are not a true 4.5 but are closer to 3.5. Size 4 usually fits me perfectly however your 4.5 is far too small. Under the circumstances, kindly accept the return and issue me with an immediate refund.
I am now questioning their authenticity, as Uggs boots are normally true to size, these are far from true to size. This is incredibly disappointing.
