I ordered eleven levers in total. Seller was responsive. Items shipped in a timely manner and packaged well.
One issue - Item finish was described as "Polished Nickel" but they are "Satin Nickel". I should have compared the finish from another site before ordering. The quality is great so chose to keep them. Very glad that I waited to order the additional ones that I needed until after these arrived. Otherwise, great experience.
