Quilts were advertised as "“Excellent, Like New condition. These quilts were placed in guest bedroom for about a year as coverlets and unused./un-washed. They've been in linen closet for few years." They came with large water stains and ragged tags, signifying that they have been used and washed several times. Seller did provide a full refund, but my time was still wasted unpacking, repacking, and shipping them back. Photos also neglected to show these flaws.
