If item had been new and perfect as expected, just requiring assembly as described, would have been been really good value but this was already part assembled (badly) and had numerous faults including castors impossible to fit straight, missing parts and damaged paintwork. Had all the hallmarks of a previous customer return or second just repacked. Not practical to return in view of my age and health. Seller agreed to a small partial refund but no explanation or apology.
