    it is cheaper to boil with 1.5 kW rather than 3 kW

    I bought this product because it was 1500 kW rather than having a 3kw kettle as it is cheaper to boil the kettle. Also I have solar panels this can produce 1 or 2 kW so so on a sunny day it will cost me nothing will my kettle. There are prettier kettles to buy out there but this is what I was looking for so all round good job it may not be for everybody everybody but it's a quality kettle for the price.

    looks good poor performance so far

    It looks very attractive ,well packaged , efficiently posted & delivbered BUT altho I have boiled it 5 times ther is a strong odour of plastic - so much so that I cannot yet make a cup of tea with it - v disappointing and is wasting water and electricity . I hate to leave this feedback as the kettle looks so good and well made but the words Manufactured in China say it all to me

    Great kettle for the price

    Got this because I needed a stainless steel kettle to match my toaster after my old kettle kept tripping one of my fuses when I used it. It looks good and boils pretty quickly. Nuff said really.

    Good design. Easy to handle and pours well

    This kettle is exceptionally good value. Not the quickest to boil but I've had much slower at more than double the cost. It is well designed so far as handling is concerned and pours very well - no overflow whatsoever.
