Traps sent not the professional ones pictured but the cheaper ones you can buy for a lot less, seller did respond quick & offer partial refund & was going to look in too it but nothing happened, have no choice but to use the ones sent, very disappointed.

sorry yes my fault i was going to send out the correct ones you wanted as they are in the warehouse with a option to return or have ones sent that you dislike at a discount , however got side tracked with my mobility scooter being stolen and hassle to where it ended up to , however i see you moved on, sad that you left a negative think its a bit harsh but understand your disappointment and moving on , hate it when things go wrong and cant opologise enough
