Very difficult buyer. Originally left neutral feedback because some of the ornaments had already sold and shipping was slow. Pkg was shipped within 24 hrs. I have no control over shipping times or items that were sold while she was trying to decide. Discount was offered to anyone purchasing over 5 ornaments. She purchased three. I requested a feedback revision and she did change it to positive.
