Came across this beautiful doormat & was very excited so snapped it up… or so I thought!? Apparently due to a glitch the cost prices were being shown & not the selling price so the order was cancelled without any further information. After messaging the seller this was explained. Very disappointing. Found the same item elsewhere & the other seller saved the day. Very disappointing. Message should be pinged across to buyer at the same time order is cancelled to explain why.

I was in the middle of typing an explanation and apology (straight after cancellation) when I received an aggressive message from the buyer. I explained the syncing issue that I had with my new website and the steps I had taken to resolve the issue and I couldn't send her the item for literally less than I bought it for. Its really sad to see so much hate & someone so desperate to leave bad feedback for a small business with a legitimate issue offering a sincere apology and instant refund 😵💫
