The item was in lovely condition with fast dispatch but it was not red as advertised. It was burgundy colour instead. I had to travel a total of 9 miles to get to and from my nearest Post Office in order to return the item. However, I did receive a full refund for the item from the seller within an hour of taking it to the Post Office!.. I therefore assume it was a genuine misunderstanding made by the seller. Hence the positive feedback:)
