They told me they ran out of the particular item I ordered and asked if I wanted a refund or if I was willing to wait about two weeks until the product came back into stock. I said I'd be more than willing to wait. Withing about three or 4 days, I got a notification that the order had shipped. I live in the US and the order came from AU. Received item quickly and the vöost tubes themselves are new and unopened. The packaging was battered and taped a little odd to the point I thought there might be an issue. I’m happy to report it was just packaging and I would by from this seller again.
