    All round good little tablet

    Been useing this for about 4 month now i take 1 a day and i find it to be a help if feeling a little low with a cold i just take 2 a day when i feel like that seems to help speed up recovery and i swear by these with a cold sore 2 a day (no cream) it cleared in 5 days normally takes mine 2 weeks to go... great price would recommend

    Worth a try

    I found no descernible difference to my general health and wellbeing after taking these tablets, sadly. They didn't make me feel worse, or better, so I'm not the best person to ask about the effectiveness of them. I would recommend them for people to try, but not expect too much. It may be me that is somewhat immune to their properties, of course, so that has to be born in mind. At least I tried them.

    They definitely work.

    I've used zinc tablets many times over the years, they make a fast obvious difference if you having breakage problems with your nails, I've not seen a y difference to skin or hair, my husband as used these for his nail and as improved them fast.
