advertised as 700 UC but came without bluetooth module Seller admitted error (appears to be a common one) and offered to refund but I was travelling a couple of days later so needed headphones which performed well just not the UC version

Bit unfair to leave a negative review for an honest mistake! I apologised and offered to refund you but you never responded. We could have come to a suitable resolution for you- I could have purchased the missing UC adaptor, for instance. It's a shame that you went straight to this without giving me an opportunity to make it right.
