My order arrived promptly and was packaged well. All of the units except for 1 functioned well. A note on the functionality of the units, eventhough it was described as good condition some of the display ports do not work well. Some of them did not have VGA ports at all.
For the one that wasn't working well, once I got in touch with customer service through ebay, they were understanding and refunded me almost immediately.

Very happy to receive the used PC in a very well packaged box that had airbags that cushioned the PC so well i doubt it moved more than a centimeter even if dropped. First class free 2 day delivery left exactly where i wanted. If you want to find a fault then 8 usb ports not 10 but seriously i am so pleased it is exactly what i wanted at a very low price. Saving this seller as i am convinced that if anything unfortunate happened i would get all the help needed. All round great experience.THANKS
