VAT
All of our quoted prices are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, however adjustments will have to be made to comply with any change in rates or other legally imposed changes in respect of VAT.

GUARANTEE
All goods supplied are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months form the date of delivery.
Specific on getting guarantee service will depend on the item, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location.
 
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
Providing BUY IT NOW is used (in accordance with distance selling regulations of fixed priced items) If you want to return item for whatever reason You can ask for FULL REFUND less the delivery and return cost in 7 days after received the item.
If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, you must not use the goods, must make them available to us when we collect them on the date we will agree with you. You will be responsible for delivery and return cost of the goods and you must take good care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. Please ensure that the goods are maintained in a saleable condition and their original packaging. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed.
We will collect the goods and then refund the cost of the items ordered within 30 days of cancellation.
If you do not comply with your obligations above, we will not agree to the refund or may make a reasonable charge to cover any costs that we incur (for example: wasted collection journeys or goods you have damaged or lost).
 
STOCK AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to stock levels and obtainment. We work hard to keep current details of stock availability accurate. However, if a product is out of stock at the time of purchase, we dispatch when it becomes available. Customer have right cancel transaction and get full refund if item is out of stock on the order day.
 
CANCELLATIONS BY EXTREME FURNITURE LIMITED
We reserved the rights not to accept an order if:
- Your payments was not authorized,
- You have not completed with our terms and conditions of sale,
- We do not have the stock to fulfill the order,
- We are unable to delivered the products to your area,
- The item was incorrectly priced or described on the web site,
 
If an order is cancelled by EXTREME FURNITURE LIMITED, any payments made to us will be refund within 30 days of the cancellation.
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONS
Excluded delivery areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, PO Box.
All deliveries are made by 1 man service only to the KERB / Sidewalk. Also if flat delviery to the KERB / Sidewalk. Please be prepare to the fact that shipment is large, upon delivery must be 2 persons.
Please remember that wall brackets that comes with item are for concrete walls only, for any other types of wall buyer must supply correct wall brackets on his own cost.
 
COMPLAINTS
In the event of transport damage we will ensure you receive replacements parts – customers are requested to note any noticeable damage to the packages at the time of delivery. In the unlikely event that your furniture does arrive damaged, we will guarantee to replace damage parts and will endeavor to have replacement parts with you within 30 working days.
 
DAMAGED ITEMS
Any damages or faults must be relayed to us within 3 days of delivery prior to assembly, and where appropriate, a replacement will be provided. Damage reported after assembly of the item will not be accepted for return/refund, this may be the consequence of incorrect assembly. Please therefore make efforts to check the item prior to assembly.
 
If the item is disliked, then this also has to be reported prior to assembly. Returns are subject to the conditions set out below. ​​​​​​​
 
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for up to 30 days from the date of purchase and get a full refund. Any product you return must be in the original condition you received it, including its internal protective packaging. We cannot accept returns of items that have been assembled, these will be treated as 'used'. Therefore we recommend that you check the item for any damage prior to assembly. All goods that are returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund.

Good instructions for putting together. Doors needed a bit of adjustment to line them up. Nice cabinets.Lights don't light up display cabinets as shown in pictures so I used two lights in one cabinet, top and bottom of wall unites as I didn't feel the need to light up the bottom cabinets. I'm happy with my set up.

Nice item, although did expect quality to be better. Had a few chips along edges, nothing to do with damage but manufacturing damage, as it was black I coloured in the showing chipboard with a felt pen. Excellently packaged and arrived on time. many thanks
