As much as I do like this balloon arch & yes it looks lovely, it’s nothing like the colour I ordered at all & items I’ve ordered to match it won’t go with it now so it’s disappointing. The picture of the one I ordered had rose pink, cream & gold in & the one we’ve received is rose gold & white. When we opened the item to put it up it was too late to do anything about & I ordered that particular colour as it was different to a lot I’d seen. We’ve also had to add bigger balloons to fill it.

Poor selection of balloons, most of the red balloons were mini balloons and no extra large balloons as advertised. Some balloons were hard and had no flexibility to be blown up.

As described, obviously depending on colour some will look nicer than others. 3 were not made to the seller's quality standard and about a quarter were a bit squashed, some more than others, which could not be reshaped, this is due to the poor packaging which is basically a postal bag with a sticker address label at the front, nothing protecting the soft interior. Seller, items & postal time service highly recommended, on this occasion packing of products dreadful, thanks

Excellent service, quick delivery, all of the 150 cream little bags went on the floor when I opened the parcel as they all loose inside. Maybe put them in a sealed bag then in the box, or at least maybe tie them into bundles, or even message to say they are loose, open with caution. Just going to count them to see how many there are.
