Overall a good purchase however Box 1/3 arrived and boxes 2/3 & 3/3 two days later. After opening all boxes there were no instructions but Seller e-mailed a copy almost by return. After staring assembly I noted one of the main support posts was very badly split and again contacted the Seller.Was offered a small but reasonable refund or a replacement which is the option I chose.Other items had splits and imperfections but it’s a garden swing. Took 4 hours to assemble.Beware 2 item E’s are handed.

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
