We obtain proof of posting all items and post to registered paypal address only. We investigate all non receipt claims and report all cases to relevant authorities. Suspicious transactios and buyers will be monitored and reported. We liaise with all parties to ensure fraudulent claims are fully investigated and dealt with apprpriately.
