Purchased these shoes for my wife. They arrived quickly and she loved them. However, first time she wore them the strap broke immediately. I contacted seller wanting another pair but he was out of stock. I requested a refund and he wanted me to ship them back at my expense. I asked if he was serious and he never responded. Plus it took at least a day to get a response to my other messages. Not happy with the situation.
