Chairs arrived and on opening found some damage to one of the legs. Contacted seller and the matter was dealt with very speedily - within an hour in fact. Return of complete package, or the offending part at no cost to myself. I settled on a discount on the selling price to save me a lot of bother and more so for the seller. Such excellent service is not the norm these days I wish this company every success. Us oldies remember when all business was conducted this way - those were the days.
