Bought 4 of these lights. 3 of the 4 are not working despite following the instructions by the vendor and as directed in the instruction. The vendor acknowledged that they had been in storage for a long time and it must be related to the batteries. Why weren’t the batteries check before shipment? Now in order to have a refund,it going to cost me to send them back as the vendor despite their negligence is using the 28 day return policy, apparently written in the small print. VERY POOR SHOWING!
