I haven’t opened this parcel yet as it is for my daughter’s Christmas present. The seller has packaged it well. It arrived promptly without too much damage to the outside box…(which is the responsibility of the courier). It looks beautiful in the photos and so I’m hoping it’s just as nice in real life. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
