The product was good when you finally get it. Ordered complete kit and received the empty box one day and then a few days later received the screws. use clear tape to secure the box. it tears off the label of contents when you remove the tape and leaves it sticky. no need to use tape as they bubble wrap the contents which secures the product. The communications on shipping is poor as they give a shipping number from USPS which will indicate delivered and you have not received the package .
