Good packaging and quick delivery, had a few problems putting it together, they hadn't drilled out the holes to put the caster wheels on and completely missed a hole that one of the big bolts go on to put the bed bit on top of bottom bit, but seller gave me a partial refund for the item.

Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
