    Healthy, inspiring and easy to prepare recipes. A gem of a cookbook!

    I picked up a copy of this book in a Charity Shop. Imimmediately liked the layout and the colour photos of the menus in the book. The recipes are healthy, interesting and quick to prepare. I liked my book so much I got one for my Daughter in Australia. She loves it too! I have lots of recipe books but I tend to go for this one first.
