Whether or not you (or someone you love) have been diagnosed with this disease, please read this book. If you are open enough to have any conventional thoughts challenged, then this is a read for you. It is a compelling read and it made me want to also watch her on YouTube. Even If one has been told they are at stage four, and to prepare for a last goodbye.... that person has nothing to lose by following the regime the author describes. If though, one feels fit & well... it’s still a thought provoking book, and takes the adage “you are what you eat”, a lot further than you may imagine. It also made me question several aspects, including big pharma, the influence & pressure friends & families exert if you decide that you don’t want conventional treatment, and why are we not told about ... Whether or not you (or someone you love) have been diagnosed with this disease, please read this book.
