To unlock the gate, simply push and twist the dial. Pull the gate by the handle to the opposite fixings and then push and twist the dial again to lock it in place. This convenient feature is especially helpful when you have your hands full with your child or carrying items around the house.

The gate also features a silent retract, ensuring that your little one is not disturbed during their nap when the gate needs to be opened. Unlike traditional stair gates that can be obtrusive and always in the way, the Air Retractable Safety Gate is fitted against the wall, allowing for easy passage throughout your home.

This gate is designed to fit wide openings of up to 140cm, making it suitable for use in hallways, doorways, and stairways. However, it is important to read the instructions carefully to ensure secure and safe installation. If using the gate for babies, it is recommended to limit the width to 110cm.

The package includes 2 sets of fixings, allowing you to easily move the gate to different areas of your home. You can also use one set at your home and another at your grandparents’ house when your little one stays over. A fixing template is provided to ensure correct placement of the fixings for attaching the gate.

Included in the package is a set of Skirting Spacers, which are used when fitting the gate to a wall with skirting boards. The Spacer kit includes a 13mm and a 5mm spacer that can be used separately or combined. Additional Air Retractable Spacer Kits are available for separate purchase, in case you need them for the additional set of fixings.
