Rather cheaply made with lots of chipped paint.
This was expensive for what it was. Not great quality although it looks OK but don't think it will last very long.

Still no refund
Product picked up 8 days ago. Still no refund. No one from RD has taken ownership of my return/issues. Keep getting standard replies. Hauliers picked up product 3 days earlier than stated in RD email. Come in Robert Dyas just give me my money back. I am now paying interest on a your faulty product. I gave you my money in good faith. You have had it for over 4 weeks now. I have sent you all the pictures of the fault. I have sent you a picture of the product being picked up by the haulier. But, I still have to wait! I bought from you as I have a local store in my town and disappointed.

Faulty on arrival
Arrived 5 days early, no email correspondence to say it was coming. Driver left it at the end of the drive on a pallet portrait when it clearly states on boxes store landscape. Opened box, cable tie broken, presumably as not stored properly. One of the rope on the chair already broken. Other chair rope was slack on the back. Marked cushion. Sofa cushion sewn wrong. Chair cushion corner all squashed. Very poor quality. Now Robert Dyas has told me they cannot refund until they receive the product back. They cannot collect for over a week. They took my money straight away and sent faulty goods. But will not refund straight away. Very poor service.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.

- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by the following method:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item with the supplier. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
