Description

With the LANDMANN Smoker Vinson 200, the exclusive design meets a versatile grilling application with the 4-in-1 function - direct and indirect grilling, smoking and the classic American BBQ. The 16" (42cm) Vinson Smoker consists of a firebox and the cooking chamber, which can be used in different ways for different cooking methods. The solid, enamelled grill grates (70.5 x 39.5cm, 3 parts) store the desired target temperature for the perfect grilling result. Another advantage of the grill grates is that they are easy to clean. The scope of delivery includes grill grates and charcoal grates for the fire box and the cooking chamber in order to use the various functions in the best possible way. The working height is approx. 90cm. At the American BBQ, a fire with wood, charcoal or briquettes is kindled in the fire box. The temperature is set using the ventilation controls on the side of the firebox. The food to be grilled is placed on the charcoal grates in the cooking chamber. The smoke and heat generated causes the food to be grilled to be ""smoked"" (cooked) through an opening between the firebox and the cooking chamber. Direct grilling: The food to be grilled is placed directly over the heat source in the fire box or in the cooking chamber and grilled. Indirect grilling: The food to be grilled is placed in the cooking chamber or in the fire box next to the heat source. Smoking: In the fire box, smoke is generated by smoking chips/wood chips and the temperature is adjusted using the ventilation controls on the side of the fire box. The food to be smoked is placed on the charcoal grates in the cooking chamber. The food to be grilled is smoked through the smoke produced through an opening between the fire box and the cooking chamber.

Made from powder-coated steel. The firebowl is 1mm thick & the lid is 1.5mm thick. Ideal for retaining heat. Built in lid thermometer. 3 part cooking grills (made from enamel coated steel), measuring 70.5 x 39.5cm. The firebox grill measures 38 x 36cm. Front table & stainless steel handles.
