Perfect, accurate & easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a good quality no touch thermometer for about two months now. I normally use a classic thermometer but there are times when it failed me and I had to retake my temperature, so I’ve decided to upgrade. I’ve read a lot of reviews and looked at different brands but in the end I’ve decided to go with one of my favourite personal health products brand, HoMedics. And it was the right choice, as my thermometer is not only completely accurate every single time I use it (I’ve checked and compared the readings several times with my other thermometer) but it’s also incredibly easy to use. You just turn it on, point, press Scan, and you get your reading instantly. Perfection! It also measures a temperature of objects (I have had no need for that yet), and I can see the last 30 temperature readings by pressing Mem button repeatedly (see the pics). It’s good to see that in order to see what my average temperature is when I’m well. I can sincerely recommend this ‘no touch’ thermometer, as it is accurate, fast, and incredibly easy to use. Thank you HoMedics for another wonderful product for my family.

Works very well!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very impressed with this thermometer. It's so easy to set up and use and it gives very accurate results. It's non touch, so you make sure your on "person", point it towards their forehead and simply press the button. It beeps to say it's done. It's that easy! It shows the temperature in either Farenheight or Celcius, and even shows a happy or sad face to let you know if it's ok or not. Very pleased with this!

In these hard times, you can keep it in the bag, and just check your temp anytime. You only need to put the batteries in and turn it on. Easy as that! I highly recommend it

Efficient and quick

It’s very straightforward, no contact at all is needed with the surface to measure. Very reliable measurement as I verified them with a normal mercury thermometer

Love it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thermometer is one of the best I’ve had, I have a 3 year old boy who doesn’t like having his temp taken and with everything going on at the moment this was a god send, I can take it without him even knowing, I can store his last reading to so I can tell if it’s moved or not, it’s quick taking and u can turn the sound off, so bonus for middle of sleep readings, it has a great extra feature where u can take the temperature of an object with the press of the button, it’s definitely one of the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few over the years with having children.

If you choose to have your order delivered to your local store, it is completely free and will be delivered within 5 working days (excluding Bank Holidays).
When your order arrives in your chosen store, we will e-mail you to advise that your order is ready for collection. Your order will be held in store for 7 days.

In the UK you have a legal right, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014, to cancel your order within fourteen (14) days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be processed in accordance with your legal rights.
You may not cancel orders for the following types of products:
- Electrical/Technical products which have been unsealed
- Customised or bespoke Products
- Anything of a nature that for hygiene or associated health and safety - this includes the Outdoor Spas, Mattresses and Divan Sets
- Fresh food
- Perishable items including live plants and Trees
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations June 2014 you have a duty to take reasonable care of Products whilst they are in your possession. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the Products.

How To Return A Product
If you wish to return your item to Robert Dyas, you can do so by one of the following methods:
1. Request a Collection via Robert Dyas Customer Services
Contact our Customer Services team who will be able to arrange a collection for your item. Please ensure that you provide your order number when contacting customer services.
If you are not at home when we try to collect we reserve the right to deduct from your refund or charge your credit card the direct costs to us of the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
2. Visit Your Local Robert Dyas Store
Whether you bought the product in store, online or over the phone, most of our products can be returned to a Robert Dyas stores. Please bring your order confirmation as proof of purchase. Please do not attempt to return large or heavy products, including large kitchen appliances, outdoor furniture, indoor furniture etc to your local store. If in doubt of whether you should return a product to your local store, please contact customer services first.
