Don t worry, once connected you cannot be thrown off by another user.Installing the speakers:This is as simple as installing any other ceiling speakers, simply cut-out 8 holes in your ceilings for the speakers, a guide template is supplied to make marking the holes as easy as possible.The next thing you need to do is ensure that you have a mains power source in the ceiling so that you can plug our power supply into it. You will need 1 mains feed for each kit (per 2 speakers). After that, feed the supplied 3m speaker cable from the first hole you have cut out to the second hole you have cut out (for each kit). If you need a longer length of cable, please get in touch as we can supply you with this but as a general rule, you don t want the Active and Passive speakers to be too far apart. Now you need to run the supplied RCA cable to the next kits cut out location. Simply plug one end of this cable into the connection labelled LINE OUT on your main active speaker. The other end of this cable will plug into the next active speaker from the second kit into the connection labelled LINE IN . Connecting these two together integrates both sets into 1 system allowing you to play through all speakers at the same time. Repeat this for the next set(s) of speakers.PLEASE NOTE only connect to the 1st main speaker via Bluetooth, if you connect to any others down the line, it will only feed the other speakers that come after it. If this is a little too technical for you. Please get in touch and we would be more than happy to explain it to you.The final step is to fit the speakers to the ceiling and connect the active and passive speakers from each kit together via the pre-installed speaker cable. No soldering or crimping is required, just a screwdriver. When you have inserted the speakers into the ceiling, simply tighten the screws underneath the grille that are connected to the dog-ear mounts, as you tighten, they will grip to the ceiling guaranteeing a sturdy installation. Don t worry if that didn t make sense, an illustrated instruction manual is supplied to help you.A lot of speakers on the market can look bulky and cumbersome but once installed, our speakers sit almost flush to the ceiling and the magnetic frameless grille has an extremely low profile.
